Video duration: 16 seconds Im not sure what other schools call this jump, but we call them genie jumps. Its very closely related to the bicycle but with only 2 hits and is usually done in place or in a spin. the only thing i would critique on the video is the flat landing and on the first jump, both heels should be hitting your bum- aka getting the "genie" look to it. again my sister modeling the jump.
